The future of enterprise change management
TOPP TACTICAL INTELLIGENCE and BUILDERS GROUP INSURANCE SOLUTIONS seek to digitalize Enterprise Project Management
5-year deal signed to revolutionise recurring process and enterprise project management
Builders Group ranks as one of the largest and most successful insurance and reinsurance businesses operating in Luxembourg today. Comprising a direct insurer, Builders Direct, and a reinsurer, Builders Reinsurance, the Group is ideally structured to offer complete insurance and reinsurance services for a wide range of risk exposures and business activities across the globe.
We have been working with Builders Group since July 2021 in the assistance of putting a sustainable digital structure to Builders' newly established PMO. Having started with a 6-week proof-of-concept trial of PRESTO PDCA, our enterprise change management software-as-a-service solution, we are delighted to announce that Builders has taken on the challenge by bringing us onboard as a long-term IT support partner.
A productive proof-of-concept
"2022 will be dedicated to standardising work flows and recurring process governance" said Deputy Group COO Roland Maitrejean who led the PRESTO P.O.C. in the summer of 2021 assisting our team in building PRESTO's newest recurring process manager. This would allow process checklists to be scheduled and exported on an automatic timer to a pre-configured workflow complete with a R-A-C-I accountability matrix.
Furthermore, Builders tasked us with a list of product enhancements aimed at making enterprise project governance more centralised and PMO-focused. By building on PRESTO PDCA's robust foundation including project management reporting and messaging, the product enhancements will allow small, agile teams of project managers to govern and actively manage large enterprise-level portfolios of projects across multiple geographies. In doing so, this will minimise the administrative burden associated with strong dependencies on spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations often required to keep middle and senior management connected to their staff. Key enhancement includes a more streamlined, risk-focused dashboard, a PowerPoint report export feature, project charter reporting and end-to-end workflow automation for recurring process management.
Finally, 2022 will bring major enhancements for PRESTO's alert and message notifications offering customisable automated messaging. In doing so, the PMO will have greater flexibility and governance over the company's entire project portfolio automating the often-excessive burden associated with scheduling, chasing and managing follow-ups with stakeholders.
Customisations of such will make PRESTO PDCA a unique SaaS offering for large organisations driving enterprise change and bring to market a first-of-its-kind project.
