As part of Saga Africa Holding Limited SA, Free Senegal is a multi-million dollar business with activities spanning across mobile and mobile money business.

Since the spring of 2021, we have been working together with Free Senegal CEO Mamadou Mbengue and his leadership team in supporting the architecture and implementation of Free Senegal's strategy deployment and execution digitalization program. Leveraging PRESTO CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, our software-as-a-service offering, the team at Free Senegal has been successful in enhancing their operating model to include a newly founded PMO (Project Management Office) while becoming effectively more execution-oriented.

2022 foresees increased platform usage to include enhanced project management support with PRESTO PDCA as well as strategy deployment using PRESTO's KPI management and Hoshin Kanri modules.
