Simplifying business and digital transformation

Pétanque is the lesser-known game of boules. Not everyone plays it. It requires a team of skilled, agile and thoughtful players. And that is exactly what our newest Cape Town-headquartered client is.

Founded in 2002 by Dr Michélle Booysen and MJ Fick, and as a women owned business, Pétanque NXT has since expanded to a Group of companies with offices in South Africa and the Netherlands and is actively engaged in building economies and progress, one client at a time with the bigger goal of eradicating poverty and providing opportunity.

Acting as a partner in practical business and digital transformation to it's clients, Pétanque NXT starts every transformation journey by process mapping and efficiency assessment to then align corporate goals and strategy to operational results.

Being experts in Target State Design implementation, Pétanque NXT offers support in areas of process optimisation through low-code Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI, and machine learning to reduce waste while maximising human interaction and know how-based value-add activities.

Pétanque is now our first South African user of PRESTO CI (aka PRESTO Continuous Improvement) leveraging the business process optimisation features and PDCA project management functionalities.

Working with many mid and large-size companies throughout the entire African continent as well as the Netherlands, the collaboration promises to bring new product feature updates to our offering and marks our first experience in supporting RPA, AI and machine learning activities.
