OUR UK DEBUT - CHANGING HEADQUARTERS

We are pleased to announce the opening of London-based TOPP TI Ltd which took place on 23 June 2016. (yes, the day of the famous Brexit).

The decision was made unanimously by the Board of Directors supported by a wealth of market analysis all of which pointed to the need to have a more globally-centric TOPP TI legal entity available to service clients based in non-European geographies.

Spearheading the initiative and ensuring that all due diligence and preliminary setup activity was performed correctly prior to opening the new company was TOPP TI CFO Martin Higgs. Martin, being based in London and acting as Business Development Lead for the UK, will now have additional flexibility in managing client on-boarding activities and contract negotiations with UK clients.

Also actively involved in the decision making process was Milan-based TOPP TI partner and IT legal advisor Alessandro Ferrari who played an important role in ensuring the understanding of the legal implications that setting up a UK legal entity would have on the company's balance sheet. Furthermore, as a notable IT lawyer currently employed by DLA Piper, Alessandro was able to access his network to find London-based legal representation to ensure that the company setup was performed correctly.
