Adastra of London joins the PRESTO family
Through adversity to the stars
- 21.11.2020
Since mid-year of 2019, we have been building a more-than-successful relationship with Chris Wellard, founder of London-based Adastra Group, in refining and in some cases creating new operational excellence technology for large and small businesses.
Recently re branded and launched during the Covid-19 pandemic, Adastra is a consulting firm specialising in designing and delivering bespoke programmes that combine developing high performing teams and empowering people, with deploying innovative tools and techniques to help embed a sustainable culture of operational excellence.
As a Gold Partner or our 'Kaizen Alliance'and active user of our operational excellence change management platform PRESTO Digital Enterprise, the Adastra team has been useful in enhancing our KPI and strategy deployment module for large businesses who are having difficulty in articulating long-term strategy with daily tactical reporting. Furthermore, we have recently launched an additional initiative together with Chris in finding optimisation opportunities with PRESTO's CRM module for small businesses which is still in beta testing but available for businesses looking for a more robust means to engage in prospecting activities and lead cultivation to ultimately increase their sales pipeline.
Through adversity to the stars
The Adastra name is inspired by Chris's pride in having served for 23 years in Her Majesty's Royal Air Force. The RAF motto 'per ardua ad astra' translates as 'through adversity to the stars', and aptly represents the struggles many businesses face in being successful in such difficult times.
As the Adastra Group CEO, Chris has more than 13 years in the boutique consulting business working in the UK and in the Middle East and having supported clients such as Network Rail, The London Underground, GE Aviation, Skanska, Transport for London and several more in the British Transport sector.
