Put structure and discipline to your BPM program for a few minutes a day
- 14.07.2020
We are delighted to offer a 12-week program where we will partner with you a few hours a week to give you the tool sets you need and the required training to integrate and sustain business process management into the DNA of your company.
Together with our team and our BPM solution, we will teach your team members the art of daily BPM house keeping to allow you to;
1. CATALOGUE BUSINESS PROCESSES
The key to creating a culture of continuous improvement starts with having your taxonomy of business processes supporting your value chain visible and available to everyone. We will offer you the solution you need to quickly capture macro and micro processes so that all your processes are digitized, all in one place, and available in real time.
2. MAP HANDOFFS & TOUCHPOINTS
In a world where business operating models often rely on multiple locations to service their value chains, it is crucial that each process owner understands the inflows and outflows coming from and to their suppliers and customers. We will show you how to capture and map key hand offs to ensure dependencies are visible and transparent to everyone.
3. IDENTIFY AND COMMUNICATE WASTE REDUCTION OPPORTUNITIES
Using Lean methodologies and our non-confrontation waste manager, we will teach your process owners the art of identifying and communicating waste reduction opportunities to make process optimisation a collaboration-based, cross-departmental activity. Complete with an initial analysis of costs and benefits, your process experts will report improvement opportunities to their superiors in a more scientific manner allowing middle management the confidence they need to make quicker and more data-driven decisions.
4. CAPTURE CHECKLISTS AND ASSESS RISK
By digitising your checklists, you can then perform RCSA (risk and control self assessments) to communicate where weak controls in your processes bring additional risk to your company. From there, we will give your risk managers a means to report risk reduction opportunities using the Lean Management E-A-S-I analysis and its report sets.
5. CATALOGUE AND ASSESS SUPPORT DOCUMENTS
With each process are a series of documents which need to be maintained and kept available to your company. We will assist you in putting a framework around your support documentation to ensure your each document, record or support media assigned to a process is kept under observation and revisited periodically to ensure the information contained within is fresh and useful.
6. BONUS -- ASSESS PROCESS COMPETENCIES
Using our 4-steps-to-excellence competency wheel, we will show you how to take BPM to the next level applying each process to your staff member's level of competency and identifying where knowledge gaps are slowing your company down and where complementary skill sets offer growth & resiliency opportunities from cross training activities.
