Since then, Alessandro has proven to be an accomplished Information Technology lawyer serving many large and small clients in Italy as a partner at DLA Piper, multinational law firm with offices in more than 40 countries throughout the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He is experienced in Intellectual Property protection both in litigation and non-litigation areas.

With deep experience in proceedings for urgent injunctions, anti-piracy, anti-counterfeiting, seizures and search orders and copyright law regarding infringement of patents, trademarks, and designs for software and databases, Alessandro has ensured intellectual property protection to the TOPP Tactical Team during the course of its product development phase in 2014 and 2015 and has given clarity to the senior team regarding the 'rules of the road' when engaging clients and guaranteeing data security.

Alessandro is also specialised in providing assistance in the drafting and negotiation of outsourcing contracts and other IT contracts including software & hardware licenses relating to patents and trademarks.
