Michael Kunde

Bringing structure to our vision

Michael Kunde is a Certified Project Manager (PMI) and Senior Consultant with focus on Program and Project Management in international financial organisations. He has worked with a wide variety of global custody banking providers and is well known for his work in areas of business transformation implementing and reviewing project management methodology, its reporting, and the standardisation of processes to outsourced offshore locations.

Based in Luxembourg, Michael manages MK PM Consulting, his own boutique consulting firm where he operates in Luxembourg, Germany and Belgium.

Since joining the team, Michael has made great contributions to the PRESTO value proposition making notable product developments to its KPI and Hoshin Kanri strategy deployment modules together with German and French-speaking clients.
