Continuous Improvement Visionary

Andrew is one of the co-founders of London-based TOPP TI Ltd (Orginally founded in Italy as TOPP TI Srls) bringing to the team key ideas behind the software development, service delivery, and product-to-market strategy.

In 2015, after 15 years of experience working in the financial services sector engaged in client service and back office operations based in 6 different European countries as well as 2 years in the U.S., Andrew left his comfortable day job to follow his passion of relational and object-oriented database development. In doing so, he has since brought to the market new cloud-based automation built on his business know-how acquired and the many proof-of-concept tools used in his 17 years of hands-on, problem solving experiences. Being specialised in change management with a talent for 'out-of-the-box' problem solving and training via simulation and active engagement, Andrew is an expert in process re-engineering, operational waste management, corporate restructuring, performance measurement & valuation, target state solution design, and protecting intellectual capital.

Andrew has rich experiences partnering with business leaders at all levels of the organisational hierarchy and is one of the original architects of P.R.E.S.T.O., TOPP TI's cloud-based, Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement business management enterprise software currently being used by large and small organisations as a tool for supply & demand management, waste & risk reduction, performance enhancement and operating model business restructuring.
