    In addition to cataloguing processes, capturing process waste and performing quality assurance checks across the company's business processes, in 2021 the Continuous Quality Improvement team architechted and launched a portfolio of automated reporting of metrics that were built on the root causes identified in previous waste management and operational issue identification workshops.

    In 2020, Alvis took the first step in pursuing a process excellence culture by creating the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Team consisting of 5 individuals responsible for company-wide ongoing change management & process optimization activities.

    Partnering with our team during the launch and using our structured 5-steps-to-process excellence road map together with our process management platform PRESTO Continuous Improvement, the team was able to perform a series of housekeeping exercises first within the team and then at a company-wide level in the years following.

    To support Protection Unit's 3 major offices (Liege, Brussels & Antwerp), we chose Luxembourg-based MK PM Consulting to take the lead role in the product installation to ensure quality training of the Senior Management Team and accuracy in the data upload consisting of 400 circa new KPIs.
