With PRESTO 5S, shop floor workers can conveniently report issues or tickets directly from their mobile devices whether they use iPhones or Android smart phones. They can provide detailed descriptions, capture photos, videos or audio of issues and specify the precise location for efficient problem identification and resolution.

As issues are captured in real time, Team Leaders and Senior Management can easily ensure that action plans are assigned and tracked for timely resolution

STEP 1
Capture Issue

When workers encounter safety hazards, security breaches, suspicious activities, malfunctioning equipment or maintenance issues, with just a few clicks of their mobile phone they will document the situation with photos, videos and voice recordings. Furthermore, issue workflow frameworks can be set-up per team to ensure that information flows immediately to the appropriate departments or internal groups such as safety officers or security personnel ensuring a rapid response and resolution.

STEP 2
Acknowledge Issue, Create Task Force & Action Plan

As soon as issues are recorded, alert notifications and emails are automatically sent to the team leaders and managers assigned to oversee the worker's issue capture process. This allows office-based employees to easily keep an eye on issues using PRESTO's enhanced dashboard available for desktop computers while shop floor leaders can track progress using their mobile phones.

Once an issue is acknowledged and approved, managers create a task force and an action plan using the R-A-C-I Accountability Matrix to engage in-scope personnel with instructions and deadlines.

STEP 3
Task Force Resolves & Closes Issue

The task force consisting of line workers, team leaders and senior managers work together to resolve each action plan and close the issue.
