Process Competencies
The Process Competencies feature adds another layer of value by aligning processes with the competency assessments of team members. Using the Lean Skills matrix, and Presto's unique 4-steps-to-excellence competency baseline tracker, team leaders can assess and document the competency levels of staff assigned to specific roles. This feature makes it easy to identify skill gaps and areas where further development is needed. By aligning competencies with processes, team leaders can ensure that their teams are not only well-equipped to execute their tasks but also continually improving. This focus on skills development is critical for maintaining a high-performing workforce and achieving long-term business success.
