Sending an update, feedback or help request to your Manager

If you're reading this, it's probably because you've been invited to provide updates on tasks being managed by a colleague using Presto PDCA software and its 2-way feedback portal, TaskConnect. With TaskConnect, you now have a seamless way to keep managers informed and projects on track, even if you're not directly using all of the software's features.

When you receive an HTML-based push email, you can easily click the 'Send Update' button, which takes you to a user-friendly survey screen. This screen lists each task you've been assigned, allowing you to quickly provide a status update with a simple point-and-click interface. Choose from statuses like 'on track,' 'at risk,' and 'delayed' to categorize your task's progress, and use the free-text field to add any additional observations or feedback. Once you submit your response, your feedback is automatically integrated into the task list's notes panel within Presto, and the manager receives an instant notification of the update.
