Balanced Scorecard Framework
Balanced Scorecard Modelling is a critical feature in Presto PDCA, designed to help organizations structure their KPI portfolio effectively. Presto PDCA offers a 3-tier methodology to organize KPIs: Tier 1 is the Balanced Scorecard itself, which provides a high-level overview of the organization's strategic objectives. Tier 2 is the SQPDC (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, Cost) model, which breaks down the BSC into more specific operational areas. Tier 3 allows for customized KPI categories tailored to the unique needs of the business. This structured approach ensures that all KPIs are aligned, providing clarity and focus on what truly drives the company's growth and success. The Balanced Scorecard Modelling feature not only guides users in setting up these KPIs but also offers templates and tools to ensure they are accurately linked to the company's overall strategy.

1. Click on the team where you would like to assign the KPI
2. Click here to access the KPI workbench
3. Click here to add a KPI
4. Click here to access the Balanced Scorecard perspective drop-down menu
5. Assign the Balanced Scorecard perspective (Financial, Customer, Process, Learning/People)
6. Choose the appropriate S,Q,P,D,C category
7. Assign an S,Q,P,D,C sub category
8. Choose from the drop down menu
9. Craft a name for the new KPI & save
