KPI Threshold Set-Up
The Threshold Set-Up feature in Presto PDCA empowers users to define specific target ranges for each KPI, enabling automatic assignment of RAG (Red-Amber-Green) status based on performance results. By setting high and low thresholds for each color category, users can establish clear goalposts for Green (meeting or exceeding target), Amber (close to target but needing attention), and Red (below target). When KPI data is captured, the system instantly assigns the appropriate color status, making it easy to visually interpret performance levels across reports and the dashboard. This feature provides a straightforward way to monitor progress and highlights areas that may require immediate action.
Configuring KPI Thresholds

2. Access the KPI Workbench
3. Select KPI
4. Access the KPI threshold configuration panel
