Customized Management Reports
The Management Reporting feature in Presto PDCA is designed to simplify and streamline the process of tracking and reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) for managers. With this feature, users can easily group multiple KPIs into a single "Management Report" to provide a comprehensive view of essential metrics in one place. This tool enables managers to track a consolidated set of KPIs, ensuring all relevant data is readily accessible and easy to review.
Creating a Management Report is straightforward-users simply select the KPIs they want to include, add relevant icons, and link the group directly to their dashboard. This allows users to quickly access the report and monitor important metrics without navigating through individual KPIs, enhancing efficiency and ease of use.
Coming Soon: The Management Report PDF Batch Scheduler will bring even more convenience by allowing users to automate report generation. With this feature, specific Management Reports can be generated in PDF format and sent directly to report owners on a scheduled basis (e.g., daily, weekly, or monthly). This ensures that key stakeholders receive regular updates on performance metrics without manual intervention, supporting timely decision-making and continuous performance improvement.
