Aligning your KPIs with
Hoshin Kanri
Aligning KPIs with Hoshin Kanri is a powerful feature that integrates KPI management with the broader strategic planning framework of the organization. This feature allows users to link their KPIs directly to the annual objectives and strategic initiatives outlined in the Hoshin Kanri X Matrix. By doing so, users can ensure that every KPI is purposefully connected to the company's long-term goals, providing a clear line of sight from daily operations to strategic outcomes. This alignment enhances reporting capabilities, as users can filter and analyze KPI performance in the context of the company's strategic priorities. The result is a more cohesive and focused approach to performance management, where every KPI serves to advance the organization's most critical objectives.
