Password Resets

This feature allows a dedicated team of administrators to manage user access by handling password initiations and resets. When users forget their passwords or get locked out due to multiple failed attempts, administrators can manually reset passwords or configure the system for automatic password resets. This ensures that users can quickly regain access to their accounts without compromising security. Administrators can also initiate password setup for new users, ensuring they have secure, temporary passwords that require a change upon first login. The feature supports best practices in cybersecurity by enforcing password complexity and regular updates, helping to protect sensitive company data.
