Samuel's PDCA vision
Before you start, familiarise yourself with the Dupont organisational structure, the people and the functions that they support. SETUP PRESTO
PRESTO Waste Manager is one of the easiest modules to begin using. To start, all you need to do is ensure that your team (function) is entered in PRESTO and that your respective processes are present. At that point, you are ready to begin capturing waste reduction opportunities. Once wastes begin to be identified, by setting up your automated waste management work flow kanban board, you will then be able to transform waste reduction opportunities into projects, assigning ownership, tasks, deadlines, and much more.
2. BPM & Waste capture exercises
BUSINESS AS USUAL! The following 10 exercises put you in the driver seat as you help Samuel and his management team to optimise business operations at Dupont. This training module will teach you to catalogue your business processes in a structured manner that allows your process owners an easy-to-use methodology to capture process improvement opportunities, analyse them, and communicate them back to the Management Team for accelerated decision making.
3. Documentation Management
Using PRESTO to manage our support documents will allow your team the control it needs to ensure complete end-to-end process optimisation.
