Adding a Contact
(e.g. Staff Member) to a Team
In these 2 examples we allocate a new staff member to a team. One staff member is pre-existing in the company directory and one needs to be created from scratch

Adding Staff To A Team
1. Click here on the team to which you would like to add staff
2. Click on 'Roles & Staff'
Example 1
Adding a pre-existing contact/staff member to a team
3. Click in the search box to find the pre-existing staff member
4. Upon locating the staff member, drag contact into the 'Staff Members' area
At this point, you will need to decide if this will be the primary location of this staff member.
In other words, if the person is already assigned to another team, you will need to decide which one is the primary team.

Example 2
Creating New Contacts (e.g. Staff) from the Presto PDCA Dashboard
1. If the staff member you seek has not yet been added to the company directory,
you can create him/her on-the-fly by clicking here
2. Complete the new contact creation form
3. Save
