Contact Data Management

Welcome to the Contact Management Administration training showroom. Using this panel, you can create and manage comprehensive contact profiles, adding key personal details such as contract type, job title, salary, and more. Designed to streamline contact creation and organization, this guide will help you efficiently manage essential information for each contact in a centralized and structured way.



Exercise 1

Adding a contact directly from the Contacts Management panel

1. Click anywhere in the column labelled 'HC' to enter the Contacts panel

2. Click here to add a contact

3. Add contact core details including the team leader of the team the contact is being assigned to.

TIP: A contact cannot be added into the system from the Contacts panel without being assisgned to a team

4. Click here to save





Exercise 2

Reviewing & reporting the work profile of a staff member

1. Select a contact from the contact panel to begin

2. Click here to access the work profile panel of an individual staff member

3. The Activities Role Allocation panel allows you to see how many roles
a staff member is allocated and how many business processes are part of those roles

4. Click here to access the role and process competency summary sheet

5. The role and process summary report allows for a quick review of the roles
and processes assigned to a person and their competency level of each

Exercise 3

Reviewing and assessing transversal skills

Tip: The 'Productivity Skills' panel allows visibility into transversal skills acquired across your company

1. Click the 'Productivity Skills' tab to access the transversal skill assessments for each staff member.
Select a skill for review/changing

2. Click here to change the competency assessment

3. Select the competency level of choice
