Deleting & Archiving Contacts
Managing your team's roster effectively is crucial for maintaining an organized and accurate record of who's currently involved in your business operations. In this section, you'll learn how to remove contacts (staff members) from a team when they are no longer active. Presto PDCA provides two options: permanently deleting a contact or archiving them to maintain a historical record of all personnel-both past and present. By understanding how to delete and archive contacts, you'll keep your team structure up-to-date while preserving a clear digital trace of your organization's human resources.
Deleting or Archiving a Contact
1. Select the team which has the contact you wish to archive or delete
2. Select contact. Click 'Edit'
3. Click here to archive or delete
4. By 'Archiving' contacts, they can be retrieved and added again to your company.
By selecting 'Remove' they are removed from the company completely.
To retrieve them requires sending a request to your helpdesk
