Deleting and Archiving Teams
In Presto PDCA, maintaining accurate and secure organizational structures is paramount. Teams can only be deleted if they are completely empty - no projects, staff, or processes assigned. If a team still contains valuable information, it must be archived instead. Archiving preserves a safe, historical record of your organizational data, ensuring that no important details are lost. By understanding when to archive versus delete, you can keep your system clean, organized, and fully aligned with your operational needs.
