Standard Work
Checklist Management
The Standard Work Checklist is a core feature that delivers significant value to team leaders quickly. Once the Process Catalogue is populated, this feature enables the creation of step-by-step checklists that outline how each process should be executed. These checklists are essential for maintaining consistency and quality in process execution. Additionally, when processes are scheduled, launched, and tracked through Presto's Plan-Do-Check-Act dashboard, the checklists serve as a guide to ensure that every step is completed correctly. This feature is instrumental in standardizing work practices, reducing errors, and enhancing productivity across the organization.
