Creating KPIs Using The
Balanced Scorecard Framework

Balanced Scorecard Modelling is a critical feature in Presto PDCA, designed to help organizations structure their KPI portfolio effectively. Utilizing the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology, users can categorize and align their KPIs to ensure they are in harmony with the company's strategic goals. Presto PDCA offers a 3-tier methodology to organize KPIs: Tier 1 is the Balanced Scorecard itself, which provides a high-level overview of the organization's strategic objectives. Tier 2 is the SQPDC (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, Cost) model, which breaks down the BSC into more specific operational areas. Tier 3 allows for customized KPI categories tailored to the unique needs of the business. This structured approach ensures that all KPIs are aligned, providing clarity and focus on what truly drives the company's growth and success. The Balanced Scorecard Modelling feature not only guides users in setting up these KPIs but also offers templates and tools to ensure they are accurately linked to the company's overall strategy.
