The Idea Capture feature empowers staff members to propose improvements or innovations for the company through a structured and straightforward process. This feature guides users to document their ideas comprehensively, using Presto's predefined framework, which ensures that ideas are categorized and classified according to predefined criteria. This structured approach allows management to easily group and filter ideas based on various perspectives, such as operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, or employee engagement. By enabling all staff members to contribute their ideas, Presto fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring that valuable insights from every level of the organization are captured and considered.

1. Go to the Ideation Dashboard
2. Click here to add an idea to the dashboard
3. Click here to select idea type
4. Select idea type
5. Click here to close panel
6. Click here to choose your idea type
7. Select idea type
8. Click here to close
9. Add a name (aka title) for the idea
10. Describe the problem or business challenge the idea solves
11. Provide a detailed description of the idea
12. Complete the Impact-Benefits-Feasibility general analysis
13. Assign a 1 KSF (key success factor) that best describes how to measure
if the idea's benefits bring value to the organization
14. Submit idea (send to dashboard for review)
