This super easy-to-use tool is designed to enhance your business management experience and streamline KPI management on a team-by-team basis.

Easy KPI Addition and Alignment

• 1. Add New KPIs: Quickly add new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a user-friendly interface.
• 2. Create sub projects (aka 'children'): Align KPIs to the balanced scorecard framework to ensure comprehensive performance tracking.
• 3. Category Assignment: Assign KPIs to the relevant S (Strategy), Q (Quality), D (Delivery), P (Performance), and C (Customer) categories for better organization.

Automatic scheduling & ownership assignment

• 1. Automatic Cadence Updates: Schedule KPIs to be updated automatically, ensuring your data is always current.
• 2. RACI Matrix Assignment: Assign KPIs to a group of owners using the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) matrix to clarify roles and responsibilities.

Additionally, we are thrilled to announce the long-awaited KPI action plan link feature. This feature will enable users to quickly review under performing KPIs and create targeted action plans or projects directly from the KPI management panel. With this functionality, you can swiftly address performance issues and implement strategies for improvement. Moreover, these action plans can be easily filtered and reported from the PDCA dashboard, ensuring you have a comprehensive view of your performance improvement initiatives.
