Summary
In the summer of 2019, Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) contacted us to assist their client Protection Unit with the restructuring of the company as it was merging with its former competitor Fact Group and required a robust digital solution to capture, manage and report the 220 key performance indicators (KPIs) agreed by the Senior Management.
Over the course of the acquisition, the extended project team was trained via a train-the-trainer approach using videos and online remote support from our product experts.
