Driving Excellence Through Data-Driven Insights and Collaborative Governance

This space is focused on our Governance, KPI tracking and issue management. This page will be our dashboard with real time metric updates, and our key objectives, with in the moment tracking so you are able to see our progress and commitment to driving success at GSK.

Introduction

This project will enhance our efficiency, transparency, whilst measuring how effective our collaborative operations with GSK are. The purpose of integrating our processes onto Presto is to streamline how KPIs are tracked, analysed, and acted upon. Not only does this empower us to maintain high standards but allows us to visualise how we are able to continuously improve operations through data-driven insights and proactive management.




Core Objectives

  • 1. KPI Integration into Presto

    We have already incorporated all 35 Metrics onto Presto and assigned them to the correct reporting person. We are especially focused on our EAM metrics, and report these into Presto multiple times a week, allowing for in-the-moment reporting to all stakeholders and ensures real-time transparency and accountability. Remaining metrics will be input by the correct team, for the previous month. This data will be taken from here by the Reporting Team and transferred into the SMO.
  • 2. Improvement Plan Governance

    Where Metrics fail regularly, we will be able to use Presto to introduce a mechanism which will trigger and oversee improvement plans for any failing KPIs. This will ensure any performance issues are systematically addressed and resolved within a timely manner, it will also create a follow up trigger to ensure we are improving and meeting our expected standards.
  • 3. Unified Issue Management

    We will establish a cohesive approach to managing issues and actions arising from any of our Governance meetings. Working with our client ensuring all sides are aligned and expectations set and managed.
  • 4. KPI Failure Analysis

    Presto will be used to analyse common causes of KPI failures. This will involve the Reporting Team to input specific failure types for any failed KPIs allowing us to perform root cause analysis and driving continuous improvement.

Launch to Date

The project kicked off with a series of highly productive launch meetings, setting the stage for a collaborative and results-driven partnership. The initial activities have focused on aligning our objectives and establishing clear communication channels to identify areas to be more proactive to adhere and supersede GSK standards & SLAs.

Early feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with stakeholders expressing confidence in the project's direction and anticipated impact. The groundwork laid during this kick-off phase has positioned us for success as we move into the implementation and product development stages.

Using the Operational Excellence team as a central point, 2 primary platform have begun training using the KPI tracking and reporting features. Expected 6 additional users will commence in September

3 hours dedicated

Initial training on the PRESTO KPI Manager platform has included 2 weekly 90-minute sessions with the 2 key users.
