Task Outcome Feedback Panel
Assign outcomes and completion context to tasks with one click

Presto PDCA now includes a powerful new feature to help users reflect on and communicate the impact of each task they complete. Accessible via a simple grey smiley face icon on the task line, this Task Outcome Feedback Panel allows users to assign a completion percentage, outcome rating, close date, and final notes-all in one place. This helps your team quickly understand not just what got done, but how well it was done, and why it mattered.
Better yet, task outcomes can now be filtered and reported in both the Task Management Dashboard and the Task View Report, giving managers new ways to analyze performance trends across teams and projects.
By encouraging your staff to track outcomes consistently, Presto enables greater visibility into lessons learned, helping middle and senior managers better understand what's working and where improvement is needed.
Not sure how to phrase a great task outcome? We've included a set of sample one-sentence outcomes at the bottom of this page to inspire your team and help you get started.
