Workstream #1
Account Strategy & PMO
The Account Strategy & Project Management Office (PMO) workstream is focused on cascading strategic initiatives throughout the organisation and assigning projects to team leaders responsible for each initiative.
To facilitate this, workflows have been set up within Presto to effectively manage these strategic projects. The account's strategy, encompassing 3-5 year objectives, 2024 goals and key strategic initiatives has been fully integrated into Presto.
Additionally, David and Rebecca have been designated to ensure timely updates of all deliverables assigned across the account.
This update & governance process will be extended to each member of Jack's senior leadership team through one-on-one user training sessions, ensuring that all strategic initiatives are aligned and actively managed. These efforts will bring clarity, focus, and accountability to the work we undertake on behalf of our client.
Workstream #2
Governance & KPIs
We are enhancing our operational capabilities by integrating the 37 contractual metrics into Presto. This allows for direct updates from responsible individuals, providing live performance data.
To address performance challenges, we're developing a system within Presto to analyse common causes of CPI and KPI failures, facilitating efficient Root Cause Analysis and triggering improvement plans.
We are establishing a unified approach to managing risks and actions from governance meetings. Through these efforts, we aim to drive greater transparency, accountability and continuous improvement across the GSK account.
