Establish your identity
Record the organisation name, website, description, sector and branding in one controlled location.
Whether you are a freelance consultant working alone or an administrator supporting a multinational organisation, your Company Profile is one of the first pieces of Presto setup worth completing. It creates a reliable foundation of organisation information that can be reused consistently across the platform.
The information entered here becomes foundational organisation data. Completing it early means later screens, reports and administrative workflows can rely on a consistent company identity.
Record the organisation name, website, description, sector and branding in one controlled location.
Define key structural information such as headquarters, fiscal year and company titles or grade levels.
Give administrators and future workflows one reliable source for core company information.
The Company Profile panel is accessed from the top menu on the Org Chart dashboard. Administrators can open it without leaving the organisational management area.

From the Org Chart, click Company SetUp Actions in the top navigation. This opens the company setup options, including the Company Profile configuration.
The panel is intentionally straightforward. Enter the information that describes the organisation and gives Presto the reference data it can use elsewhere.
You do not need to over-engineer this step. Start with the information that is known and stable, then return later if additional detail is required.
A one-person consultancy can use exactly the same panel. Company Profile is about giving Presto a clear organisation identity, not about company size.

These fields provide a useful minimum starting point. They can be expanded or refined as the organisation's Presto environment matures.
Your organisation now has a core identity in Presto. Save the profile, then continue to Quick Win 2 to build your organisational structure in the Org Chart.
