Preferred recovery route

Not Logged In?

Reset from the Login Page

Use Forgot Password? when you cannot remember your password or cannot access Presto. Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

02

Already Logged In?

Reset from the User Profile Menu

If you are already inside Presto, open the User Profile Menu, select Change Password, then provide your current password and your new password.

TIP
If you cannot remember your password, use Forgot Password from the Login Page.

The User Profile Menu method assumes that you are already authenticated and can access Presto. When you are locked out or have forgotten the password entirely, the Login Page self-service route is the appropriate option.

You do not need to contact an Administrator simply because you have forgotten your password. Start directly from the Presto Login Page.

  1. From the Presto Login Page, select Forgot Password?.
  2. Enter the registered email address associated with your Presto account.
  3. Follow the password-reset instructions sent to your email inbox to create a new password.

The User Profile Menu is opened from your name / profile area in the Presto header. From there, password administration is available directly.

  1. Click your name / profile area in the Presto header to open the User Profile Menu.
  2. Select Change Password.
