Easy Access from the Org Chart

Open the Permissions workspace in one click.

Module and Dashboard Permissions are configured from the same user-permission workspace used for hierarchy settings. Start from the Organisational Chart and open the selected user's Permissions panel.

How to open it

Select the user, then open Permissions.

The Org Chart is the quickest route to the full configuration workspace. Once the correct person or team has been selected, the Permissions control appears in the Team Details panel on the right side of the screen.

  1. Select the relevant team, team leader or staff member in the Organisational Chart.
  2. Review the Team / Staff Details panel that opens on the right-hand side of the screen.
  3. Click the Permissions icon to open the Dashboard Access & Feature Configuration workspace.
Same entry point - different configuration areas.

Hierarchical Configuration and Module & Dashboard Permissions are managed inside the same Permissions workspace. This page focuses only on the functional permissions that determine what the user can access and use.

Configure efficiently

Apply Defaults

SAVE
Save before you close.

Permission changes do not take effect until they are saved. Review the user's Common Features, Dashboard Access, Task Dashboard and KPI Dashboard configuration, then click Save & Close.

The user's Presto access profile is now configured.

License Type determines the broad user profile, Hierarchical Configuration determines where the user can see and work, and Module & Dashboard Permissions determine the functionality available inside that access. Password administration follows once these access settings are in place.
