The information entered here becomes foundational organisation data that can be reused across screens, reports and administrative workflows. Keeping it accurate gives Presto one reliable company identity.

Access

Open Company Profile from the Org Chart.

The Company Profile panel is accessed from the top menu on the Org Chart dashboard. Administrators can open it without leaving the organisational management area.

Where to click

Start from the Org Chart dashboard.

From the Org Chart, click Company SetUp Actions in the top navigation. This opens the company setup options, including the Company Profile configuration.

    Open the Org ChartNavigate to the organisational management dashboard.

    Click Company SetUp ActionsUse the underlined Company SetUp Actions control in the top navigation bar.

    Choose the Company Profile optionOpen the company configuration panel and review or update the organisation details.
Configuration

Complete the core company information.

The panel is intentionally straightforward. Enter the information that describes the organisation and gives Presto the reference data it can use elsewhere.

You do not need to over-engineer this step. Start with the information that is known and stable, then return later if additional detail is required.

TIP
For smaller businesses

A one-person consultancy can use exactly the same panel. Company Profile is about giving Presto a clear organisation identity, not about company size.

What can you configure?

These are the principal company identity and reference fields available from this setup area. Keep them aligned with the organisation's current structure and branding.

Company NameThe organisation name that should appear consistently across the environment.
WebsiteThe primary corporate or business website for the organisation.
DescriptionA short explanation of what the organisation does and the value it provides.
Company LogosUpload the appropriate branding assets for use in selected Presto experiences.
SectorIdentify the industry or business sector that best describes the organisation.
Tax / Fiscal YearDefine the organisation's reporting year so business periods can be interpreted correctly.
HeadquartersRecord the organisation's primary location or corporate headquarters.
Company Titles / Grade LevelsCapture titles or grade levels such as Partner, Director, Manager or Associate.
